There are five ways you can join the Client Advantage Network. They're all free and only two require a transaction.
1. List your home with a Ryco REALTOR®.
- Receive a free Client Advantage Network Card immediately after signing a listing agreement with a Ryco REALTOR®.
- When your Ryco REALTOR® advertises your home, they will reference your home as "having the Advantage". This means that the buyer will automatically receive a free Client Advantage Network card as well. This will give your property a competitive Advantage in the marketplace. An Advantage that is absolutely free to you.
2. Buy a home with a Ryco REALTOR®.
- Buy a home with a Ryco REALTOR® and receive a free Client Advantage Network card.
- Many homeowners want to freshen-up or upgrade homes they've just purchased. Things like new paint, flooring, kitchens or bathroom, light fixtures, home electronics, appliances, and carpet cleaning to name a few. By using your Client Advantage Network card at participating retailers, you will save money on all these purchases.
3. All Ryco Realty clients have the opportunity to give a free Client Advantage Network card to another homeowner in HRM.
With absolutely no obligations, a free Client Advantage Network card is sure to please. What a wonderful thing to give to friends or family.
4. Buy a home listed by Ryco Realty through a REALTOR® from another brokerage.
- Even though the buyer isn't a Ryco Realty client, they will still be eligible to receive a Client Advantage Network card for their new home. This gives all Ryco Realty listings a competitive Advantage over non-Ryco Realty listings, even when another real estate company represents the buyer.
- Please note that Nova Scotia real estate legislation prevents , the Ryco REALTOR® from directly contacting any buyer who is being represented by another brokerage. The Buyer simply has to contact Ryco Realty directly once the transaction is complete to receive their free Client Advantage Network card.
5. Give a referral to a Ryco REALTOR®.
- Any homeowner who gives a referral to a Ryco REALTOR® that results in a real estate transaction will receive a free Client Advantage Network card for their home.
As a seller, you can also use the Advantage to create an incentive to buy. Regulators have pretty much prevented sellers from offering a "cash back" rebate to prospective buyers. But through the Network, you can offer your buyer a reward. Imagine being able to tell your buyer that a SONY mini sound system will be waiting for them when they open the door to their new house.
