Chris began his career as a Realtor and bought a few rental properties that he managed himself. He got good at it and clients started asking him to manage their rentals too. He built a strong following and eventually formalized it into a separate property management business. Today, Chris helps people buy and sell, and manages rentals and vacant properties – a complementary arrangement.
